Ok. Here is my meal plan for the week.
Monday | Tuna patties, vegetable, potatoes |
Tuesday | Turkey breast, vegetable, stuffing |
Wednesday | leftovers |
Thursday | chili, corn bread |
Friday | homemade pizza, salad |
Saturday | leftovers |
Sunday | chicken and biscuits |
I don't always follow the plan to a T, but at least I know that those are the meals that I have ingredients to make and if I don't feel like having something, I can choose one of the other meals. I will be making extra chili to stick in the freezer. I am working on stocking it with meals for those busy days when fast food would have normally been on the menu.
